Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any concerns or need to return or exchange an item, please review our refund and return policy outlined below (“Refund and Return Policy”).  Products and services available through the this website are subject to return, refund or exchange only according to our Refund and Return Policy.

1. Eligibility for Exchanges and Refunds:

- Clothing products are eligible for an exchange or refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.

- To be eligible for an exchange or refund, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when it was received, with all tags and labels attached, and in its original packaging.  You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Return Process:

- To initiate an exchange or refund, please contact our customer support team within 30 days from the date of purchase.

- We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

- You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return, unless the item is defective,  damaged or incorrect when it was received (see Section 5 regarding how to handle damaged or defective items).

3. Refund Process:

- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

- If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 10 business days.  

4. Exchanges:

- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer support team.

- Exchanges are subject to product availability.

- You will be responsible for any price differences between the exchanged items.

5. Damaged or Defective Items:

- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately.

- We may request photos or additional information to assess the issue.

- If we determine the item is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.  We may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

6. Non-Receipt of Items:

- If you haven't received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer support team.

- We will investigate the issue and work towards a resolution, which may include a refund or reshipment.

Please note that this Refund and Return Policy applies to purchases made directly through our website. If you purchased our products through a third-party retailer, please refer to their refund and return policy.
